By accessing simplyshinymaid.cc, you agree to these terms. If you book a service, you also agree to our specific service agreements regarding scheduling, access to your property, and payment. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

You agree to use simplyshinymaid.cc for lawful purposes only. You may not use our site to transmit any malicious code, spam, or to violate any laws in the Philippines. We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone violating these standards.

Service Bookings

All bookings are requests until confirmed by Simply Shiny Maid via email or phone. Prices quoted are estimates based on information provided and may be adjusted after an in-person assessment. Cancellations require 24 hours notice.

All content on this site—including our "Shiny" logo design, service methodologies, and written copy—is owned by Simply Shiny Maid. You may not reproduce, republish, or copy any part of this site without written permission.

How We Handle Your Information

We collect minimal data to provide our cleaning services efficiently. This includes your name, address, contact details, and service preferences. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your information is used solely for booking coordination, service delivery, and occasional feedback requests to improve our "Shiny" standard.

While no internet transmission is 100% secure, we use standard encryption to protect your data. However, for sensitive payment details, we recommend using secure third-party payment channels or direct bank transfer as advised during invoicing.

We take pride in our work, but certain limitations apply. This section outlines the boundaries of our responsibility and the guarantees that back the "Shiny" name.

Damage Coverage

We carry liability insurance. If our staff causes damage due to negligence, we will repair or replace the item up to a reasonable value. Please report damage within 24 hours of service completion.

Pre-Service Condition

We cannot be liable for pre-existing wear, tear, or structural issues. We document property condition upon arrival. Deep cleaning reveals existing damage in older properties sometimes.

Guarantee Limits

The "Shiny Standard" guarantees satisfaction. If you are unhappy with specific areas, we will re-clean that area once within 48 hours. This does not apply to areas not cleaned or new issues arising post-service.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement regarding service quality or billing, we ask that you contact us directly first. We prioritize resolution through communication. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any legal action must be filed in San Fernando City, Pampanga.
